Once you have gained access to the pre-recorded video modules, the service is considered "consumed".

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind after purchase.
Inability to understand the course language/content.
Technical issues on the user's end (e.g., poor internet connection).

2. Cancellation Policy

Users can stop using the service at any time; however, there are no cancellations of active payments.
